HR Operations Analyst (Senior)

**Position Summary:**



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Technologist to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on supporting the HRMS named Darwinbox and ensuring the effective utilization of technology to streamline HR processes globally. The ideal candidate will have experience with global HR operations, familiarity with SaaS systems, possess mid-expert level Excel skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Experience with Darwinbox is preferred, but not required.

+ Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the HRMS (Darwinbox), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality across all regions.
