Our client is a leading, US-based e-commerce digital marketing agency working with ambitious DTC brands to scale revenue through performance marketing, creative, and optimization. We're looking for a sharp, structured HR & Operations Assistant who will help keep the engine running smoothly for this agency. You will support people operations (HR admin, team rituals, documentation), operational execution (systems, tracking, follow-ups), and founder & Ops Manager support.
This is not a passive admin role. This is for someone who loves structure, clarity, checklists, and closing loops.
