Role Overview:
The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of core HR
processes and statutory compliances under BOCW, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws. This role
demands a balance of strategic HR capability and on-ground operational excellence, with strong
coordination between corporate HR and project teams.
How can you make an Impact?
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and
exit processes.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance across BOCW, CLRA, EPF, ESI, and related labour regulations.
Drive employee feedback mechanisms such as 30-60-90-day surveys, engagement pulse checks,
and site HR feedback loops to strengthen employee experience.
