About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR administration of our growing global workforce.
This role serves as the operational backbone of HR, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and compliance across multiple countries. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to keep systems clean, processes consistent, and employees supported from day one.
This position is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience, solid Philippine labor law knowledge, and exposure to international or remote teams.
