Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s people agenda while supporting business growth and operational excellence across the region.

Reporting to the GM of Business Excellence, you will be responsible for the operational realities behind HR processes, from pre‑onboarding activities such as ticket creation and cross‑department coordination to the delivery of a seamless new‑hire and employee experience. You will work in close partnership with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross‑functional teams to redesign manual processes, streamline workflows, and elevate the employee journey across a complex, multi‑layered organization.
