HR Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle
  day-to-day HR operations
  including employee records, attendance, leaves, and documentation
• Support
  onboarding and exit processes
  , ensuring timely completion of formalities
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and employee data accuracy
• Maintain HR systems, trackers, and employee files (physical and digital)
• Ensure compliance with
  HR policies, labor laws, and internal controls
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries and support
• Assist in HR audits, reporting, and MIS preparation

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience
  in HR operations, preferably in
  FMCG or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in
  HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of
  HR systems / HRIS
  and MS Excel
• Exposure to
  labor laws and compliance
