HR Operations Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of people processes. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience and a strong understanding of recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. This role requires excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess culture fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
Manage the documentation for new hires (offer letters, contracts, background checks) and conduct orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records in our HR management system with 100% accuracy.
