Leeds city centre - 3 days a week onsite

Up to £50k

Full time and Permanent

As the HR Operations Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day delivery of HR operations is delivered to a high standard, as well supporting the wider business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Take responsibility for all HR operations and ensure effective and compliant delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across HR Systems, processes and governance.
Manage the full employee lifecycle.
Develop and maintain HR policies.
Support with the processing of monthly payroll inputting and checking.
Support with management of ER casework.
