Position Overview
The HR Manager role is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and Recruitment functions/operations for our team, and also supporting the broader business functions of a small, but dynamic boutique BPO organisation. This position combines strong human resources management with business operations acumen; room for growth is very much a reality. We're looking for someone loyal and dedicated; who is ready to wear a few different hats; and excited to be part of a growing family owned small business.
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
Human Resources
● Oversight of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
● Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations, and internal company policies.
