Hr Operations & People Relations Specialist

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support the HR department in various functions such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communication.
This role will involve responding to employee inquiries, administering HR programs, and maintaining accurate records.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Knowledge of HR policies is preferred, and bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
