HR Operations & Personnel EOR Leader

Will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily HR outsourcing operations, managing personnel activities, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations & Egyptian Labor Law with External Clients. This role requires extensive experience with EOR services to support our global workforce effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding.
