Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs in workforce operations. 
Analyze and reconcile employee data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
Collaborate with AI teams to create high‑quality training data and evaluation tasks. 
Monitor workforce trends and generate reports to support operational decision‑making. 
Support business continuity and incident response through workforce analytics. 
Communicate insights and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders. 
Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with HR, security, and operational protocols. 
 Requirements  Strong experience in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems. 
Experience developing structured rubrics for AI or data‑driven projects.
