HR Operations Specialist

Purpose of the Job
Working knowledge / Experience of end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
Experience of maintaining Employee records in SuccessFactors.
Provide Payroll input to the payroll team.
Maintain statutory compliance for India.
Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.
Responsible for HR operational support to Global HR Operations, including payroll delivery.
Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.
Escalate/refer cases to team lead as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
