**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑obsessed HR Operations Specialist reporting to the HR Specialized Services Leader, EMEA. This role supports the full employee lifecycle across Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Transitions. You will manage daily HR cases, administer benefits and compensation processes, support severance activities, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.

+ Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries around HR policy, benefits, payroll, and other areas across EMEA via voice, chat, and case management tools.
