Job Description
- Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits - Coordinate joining formalities, background verification, and induction programs - Handle full & final settlement and exit documentation - Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of HR data, reports, and MIS - Support audits by maintaining HR documentation and reports - Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave - Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll processing - Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and related filings - Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements - Support performance management and appraisal cycles - Act as a point of contact between employees, HR team, and management - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external agencies
