Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Consultant to support our Human Resources operations and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Module Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with core Oracle HR modules including Human Resources (HRMS), Payroll, and Self-Service (SSHRA). Knowledge of OTL (Time and Labor) or Absence Management is a plus.
Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting issues, and applying patches.
Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle HR workflows, Fast Formulas, and personalizations to meet business requirements.
