Who we're looking for:

• Based in
  Colombia
  , with experience working across
  multicultural teams
  .
• Minimum
  3 years of experience
  in HR, ideally in multinational environments.
• Skilled in general HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and coach team members in technical roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English. (B2+)
