Role SummaryThe HR Generalist will help build a people-first culture that delivers business results.Providing expert HR consultation to both management and employees, as well as day-to-day HR support, within a Flowserve business unit.Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days work from home.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests, (calls, chats, tickets) and provide guidance to associates and managersConsistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat, and telephonyProvide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portalResearch solutions to HR customer inquiries and elevate as neededUnderstand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and proceduresAdhering to Flowserve's safety, integrity, and code of conduct policiesOther duties as required and assigned by managerRequirementsBachelor's degree in business/HRIdeally 3-5 years of experience in HR or customer service or HR service deliveryProficiency in English and Spani...
