Responsible for independently managing C&B processes and operations.

**Process & Process Controls**
- Implement C&B processes & follow the regional ones (communicate to managers & employees as appropriate)
- Design process controls.
**Variable Pay Plans**
**-** Gather and set up a steering committee to review the Spot/Impact bonus and provides in-put to respective stakeholders.
- Manage the local Bonus Plan Process (policy up-to-date, plan administration, advice employees and line managers)
