**Job Overview**

The HR Partner II ensures a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. The role manages employee data, coordinates learning and development programs, supports engagement activities, and partners with managers to build workforce capability and uphold company culture and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Onboarding & Probation Management**

+ Manage end‑to‑end onboarding: document collection, HRIS setup, system access, and cross‑functional coordination.
+ Conduct orientations and guide new hires on policies, benefits, and expectations.
