**Job Overview**

The HR Partner I supports all key HR practices within the manufacturing site, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, promotions, and HR data management. Serving as the main point of contact for employee-related matters, the HR Partner provides timely support and guidance to foster a positive and productive working environment.

**What your background should look like:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Social Science, or a related field
+ 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Recruiter or HR Operations
