HR Partner IT M/W

The HR Partner acts as a strategic HR representative within the local team, with an initial strong focus on talent acquisition. In the early stage of the role, the main responsibility will be to lead end-to-end recruitment to support the rapid growth of our teams in Latin America.

Over time, the HR Partner will gradually expand their scope toward broader HR partnership responsibilities, including consultant engagement, performance reviews, and people development.

Main Responsibilities

Phase 1
– Talent Acquisition Focus (Core Responsibility)

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle (
  end-to-end recruitment process
  ): understanding business needs, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, defining profiles, and designing sourcing strategies.
