HR Payroll - Can Start ASAP

We are looking for an HR Associate Payroll to manage payroll processing for office staff and truck drivers. The role involves salary calculations, statutory compliance, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Calculate wages, overtime, trip-based pay, mileage, incentives, and deductions
• Manage statutory contributions.
• Maintain attendance, timesheets, and driver trip records
• Handle payroll adjustments, advances, and final settlements
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits
• Address employee payroll queries

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ year payroll experience (logistics/driver payroll preferred)
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
