HR Payroll Coordinator

W are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to garantee excelence in the labor lawsuits and compliance with the legislation, leading a comitted team with quality and care for the people.

What you will do:
• Coordinate and process the payroll
• Supervise admission, recission and vacation processes, to ensure the correct and updated register.
• Manage social charges and ancillary obligations (Esocial, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, FGTS, IRRF, INSS etc) with focus on legal compliance
• Monitor the national payroll closing and provide support to the international payroll.  
• Control corporative benefits, monitoring costs, employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate the relationship with sindicates, regulatory bodies and service providers promoting transparency and good institutional relation.
