1.Payroll Assistant
-Payroll & salary administration
: management of salary payout and tax reporting process/monthly closing/severance payment & related insurance/ year-end tax adjustment.
-Personnel data administration
: Update/maintenance of staff information records and personnel documents such as job descriptions, employment letters, personnel changes and so on.
-Daily operation
: Timely response to staff inquiries building up effective communication with employees.

[Job requirements]
-Bachelor degree 2~3 relevant experiences in retail company
-Fluent English skill /Spanish skill preferred
-Good interpersonal & communication skill
-Outstanding leadership
-Independent, mature, and able to cope with dynamic environment
