                    Male/Female 
Bachelor's degree, preferably in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related 4-year degree in Business Management/Administration 
Extensive experience in end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits administration. 
Skilled in utilizing assessment tools and conducting data analysis to design competitive and equitable compensation packages. 
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively at all organizational levels 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
Passionate about implementing training programs that enhance employees' understanding of compensation and benefits offerings. 
Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and multitasking
