HR Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time (regular, overtime, adjustments, and deductions)
Maintain and update employee payroll records, compensation, and benefits data
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions
Manage timekeeping records, attendance, and leave data for payroll computation
Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation for management review
Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters and employee concerns
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently and confidentially
Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Implement payroll process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
Job Requirements
Experience in payroll processing and administration
Knowledgeable in labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Skilled in timekeeping and payroll computation
