About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team at Grandline Buildia Services OPC' in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This full-time role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our payroll and compensation and benefits operations.

What you'll be doing

• Administer end-to-end local payroll, including timekeeping, attendance validation, and payroll processing.

• Review timesheets, attendance records, and leave applications for accuracy.

• Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to payroll and employee benefits
• Preparing and filing all necessary payroll tax forms and reports
