HR Payroll Specialist

Salary: PHP 80,000–85,000 + allowances and additional benefits
Project-Based (1 year) high changes to be Permanent after
Shift: Night Shift 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or related field
• 3–5 years experience with ADP Payroll and GDMS systems
• Hands-on experience with Workforce Now and RUN payroll modules
• Comfortable providing general support for payroll queries and issues
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines
• Able to adapt quickly, collaborate, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities:

Manage payroll end-to-end and provide support across ADP systems. Ensure employees get paid accurately, assist in ADP implementations, and keep payroll running smooth.

• Process payroll using ADP GDMS, RUN, and Workforce Now accurately
