The HR People Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in enabling a data‑driven HR function by transforming workforce data into insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing complex HR data to help leaders understand workforce health, organizational trends, and opportunities for improvement.
