HR People Generalist

HR Contingent Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting the global contingent workforce program. This role requires a flexible individual who can manage relationships with internal departments and vendors, ensure data integrity, enable reporting accuracy, and support decision-making across the global CTS program. The Specialist will work closely with various internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for contingent platform or management related inquiries.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise related to contingent workers, working to ensure a positive experience. This includes handling complaints received via MyEcolab ticketing system, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
