Our department focuses on the formulation and execution of HR strategies that support the organization's sustainable growth.
Specifically, we lead the improvement of HR systems for mobile shops and work in coordination with the HR department to implement practices tailored to on-site challenges, thereby building a foundation for organizational discipline and motivation. Additionally, we oversee the recruitment of headquarters staff, deeply understanding on-site needs and acting as a bridge to the HR department to lead the acquisition of talent that the organization truly requires.
Furthermore, we aim to permeate the management vision through initiatives such as internal conferences, with the goal of increasing the sense of belonging among all employees and reducing turnover.
