HR Policy Specialist

The HR Policy Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and governing a comprehensive people policy framework that supports legal compliance, ethical conduct, safeguarding, and accountability across employees, volunteers, and other engaged individuals. The role is designed for organizations operating with heightened stakeholder scrutiny, including boards, donors, grantors, regulators, and beneficiaries.
The role ensures alignment with Singapore's labour and employment framework and relevant guidance issued by the Ministry of Manpower, applicable union obligations where relevant, and tripartite agencies such as the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices and the National Wages Council. It also ensures that HR and volunteer policies meet donor, grant, and audit expectations while remaining proportionate, practical, and aligned with organizational mission and values.
