About the Company
The HR Process & Systems Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end transformation of HR Shared Services. This role involves a dual focus on Process Optimization and System Project Management. You will not only develop the strategies for improvement but will be directly responsible for executing the workflows, system configurations, and change management activities required to modernize the HR function and enhance the employee experience.
