We're Medic Paths Education, an up and coming Med Ed company run by UK trained Doctors looking to make Medical school applications more easily accessible in an increasingly competitive and dynamically changing environment. As our team has now grown in size 3x in the last year, and forecasted for continued exponential growth, we're now in need of HR professional(s) to streamline our people management and recruitment processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and human resource management, with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, ongoing position with a focus on finding the right candidates for our team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist, whom we call 'People Ops' who has hands-on experience managing resignations, contractors, and sensitive people issues in a remote environment.
