About the role
We are looking for an HR Project Manager who can turn ideas into impact. In this role, you will lead and coordinate HR projects that enhance our employee experience, strengthen our ways of working, and support our digital development. You will move comfortably between strategic direction setting and hands‑on execution. You enjoy shaping the big picture just as much as rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, and you work fluently across both agile and more traditional project methods.
You will work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across Nordic and Baltic countries, ensuring we deliver projects that create clear value. A general understanding of AI and a genuine interest in how it can enhance HR are important for succeeding in this role.
