Job Description

The HR Project Specialist - Talent and Learning will play an integral role in ensuring the effective delivery and embedding of global Talent and Learning Programmes in their early stages. Programmes such as the development of our career framework, and the ongoing evolution of our Career Hub and development of world-class Leadership Development offering form a critical piece of our global HR strategy. The project manager will play a central role in building and delivering change and communications plans, supporting adoption and engagement in our programmes during the all-important ‘stand-up’ phase.

Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and working closely with product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent & Learning teams, the role holder’s primary responsibility will be to project manage the development and implementation of new talent and learning products.
