Primary Responsibility: Recruitment

1. Resourceful in Sourcing for candidates 
2. Screening & Shortlisting
3. Proposing Candidates
4. Coordinating interview
5. Tracking of closures

Secondary Responsibility

1. Able to perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as per assigned
2. Able to deliver timely customer requests

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in any fields important with interest in HR Recruitment and Human relation 
• Own Transport with valid driving license is desirable
• High performer attitude with result orientated
• Responsible, Accountable, and Highly Self-disciplined to work and care for self & others
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa, Mandarin (optional)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn from mistakes and grow from there
• Humble yet confident in dealing with people
