HR Recruiter

AriseTalent Hub is currently hiring HR Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0–2 years of experience to build a strong foundation in the corporate world through hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels


• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews


• Coordinate with hiring managers


• Submit qualified candidates


• Maintain and update our internal database

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience (preferred, but not mandatory)


• Good communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Reliable internet connection and a laptop
