Remote | Philippines-Based
We’re looking for a modern Recruiter who knows top talent isn’t just on job boards — they’re on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
This role blends recruitment and content creation. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring while creating engaging social media content that attracts candidates where they spend their time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, onboarding support)
Conduct active & passive sourcing across platforms
Maintain organized pipelines and documentation
Create engaging recruitment content (TikTok, FB/IG posts & reels, Threads)
Design pubmats and short-form videos using Canva or similar tools
Monitor engagement and optimize content for better applicant flow
