We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 3 years of experience in residential facility management recruitment. The candidate should have experience in hiring for residential apartments, gated communities, and facility management operations. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for residential projects. Hire positions such as Facility Manager, MEP Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, STP Operator, Housekeeping Staff, Security, and Technicians. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field recruitment. Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports. Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities. Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning.
