Responsibilities :
Screening & shortlisting – Reviewing resumes, conducting initial HR interviews

Interview coordination – Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing interview feedback.

Hiring manager coordination – Understanding manpower needs, job descriptions, timelines, and expectations.

Requirements:

Communication & interpersonal skills
Time management & multitasking
Tech-savvy ( LinkedIn, job portals)
