HR Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end high-volume recruitment of blue-collar employees such as janitors, helpers, service crew, production workers, and skilled laborers. The role ensures that client manpower requirements are met accurately, quickly, and in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

• Conduct mass sourcing through field recruitment, walk-ins, job fairs, community outreach, PESO, barangay networks, and online platforms.
• Screen applicants through interviews, initial assessments, and background verification.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple client sites.

2. Volume Hiring & Deployment

• Handle bulk hiring requirements from clients with tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with HR Admin for processing of pre-employment requirements (medical, clearances, orientation, uniform fitting, etc.).
