Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

• Actively source candidates through job boards (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Post and manage job advertisements that attract qualified applicants.

Screening & Selection

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

Interview Coordination

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Facilitate timely communication and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Provide interview feedback summaries to hiring stakeholders.
