We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 13 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent to meet our corporate and production-level staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting potential candidates. Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline. Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and draft accurate job postings. Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidates' communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit. Maintain and update the internal applicant database and recruitment trackers daily.
