We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (Remote)

We're looking for a highly proactive HR Recruiter to manage fast-paced, high-volume hiring for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 2–3 new job openings daily with a 24–72 hour hiring turnaround
• Recruit freelancers (contract-based) and full-time remote employees
• Actively headhunt candidates using:
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Indeed
• Facebook & WhatsApp groups
• Use Boolean search techniques to find high-quality candidates
• Build and maintain a strong internal candidate database for urgent and future hiring
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Build long-term connections with talent and maintain candidate relationships
• Collect samples/portfolios when required for technical or creative roles
