HR Recruiter

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and identify potential candidates using various channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to access qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Perform other ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
