Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for a Long-term Contract position in California. This role will oversee the recruitment process from candidate outreach through offer coordination and employee setup, while maintaining a positive experience for applicants and employees. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance-driven HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
