HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract top talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience in a collaborative on-site environment .

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and networks.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
