HR & Recruiting Assistant for a Sustainability SaaS

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented intern to join us in a fixed-term HR & Recruiting Assistant role, supporting the day-to-day operations of our People Operations team.

In this role, you will support recruitment activities, assist with company event organisation, and contribute to a variety of ad-hoc HR tasks. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the People & Culture Coordinator, and report directly to the HR Director.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your organisational, creative, and problem-solving skills while supporting our mission of helping people become carbon heroes. You will also have the opportunity to learn a great deal about both recruitment and HR by being involved in activities across the employee lifecycle. Your goal will be to support smooth HR and recruitment processes, help new joiners feel welcomed, and enable our employees to perform at their best.
